This large renovation on Mount Joy terrace was a pleasure to be involved in right from its inception.

Some interesting elements of the project were-

• Moving and lifting the existing home
• Repairing the existing home from its floor structure to its roof and everything in between.
• Extend both levels of the home to create beautiful new living areas
• Construct 4 new bathrooms
• Install custom made cabinets to compliment the floor plan
• The addition of blackbutt flooring throughout.
• A pool and spa
• Retaining/ fencing and landscaping
• A portico to provide a grand entrance
